The department welcomes requests for information about policy, administration, budget and programs. There is no charge for any response to a FOIA request requiring 10 pages or less of hard copy. For more than 10 pages, the charge is 25 cents per page.


If the request is in the public interest and the requester states the specific purpose of the request, the charge may be reduced to 15 cents per page.
