The purpose of hearing and vision screening is to identify children
who may have a visual or a hearing impairment. Impairment in
either of these areas may prevent a child from obtaining full benefit
from their educational opportunities. Vision and hearing problems
often go unnoticed because the defects are difficult to notice.
Without specific screening tests a problem may not be found until
your child develops significant educational or medical problems.
Hearing and Vision screening enables us to detect unrecognized
conditions as early as possible in order to obtain prompt treatment
and resolution to any problems.
