The Medicaid Advisory Committee (MAC) advises the Department of Healthcare and Family Services with respect to policy and planning related to the health and medical services provided under the department's Medical Programs including Medical Assistance, All Kids, FamilyCare and Illinois Cares Rx pursuant to federal Medicaid requirements established at 42 CFR 431.12.
