2. What should I do if I experience problems when using the HIPAA formats?

First, contact your vendor and inquire if they are aware of any issues with their systems/products. Next, review all the FAQ’s on this page to see if this is a ‘known issue’. If it is, there will be information posted on how you should proceed.
3. Where can I find additional information as to why my claims are being rejected?

4. Is HFS aware of any ‘known issues’ that any of the REV Vendors and/or Blue Cross/Blue Shield (aka THIN) is experiencing?
