In response to the implementation of the Children's Mental Health Act (Public Act 93-0495) effective July 1, 2004, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services filed proposed amendments to its administrative rules for reimbursement. The proposed amendments to 89 Ill. Adm. Code 140 describe provider services and payment for those services under SASS. Related amendments were also proposed at 89 Ill. Adm. Code 148 to establish hospital reimbursement and utilization review requirements under SASS. Specific section references are:
